Sandra J. Oliver is the Town Clerk/Tax Collector. Her office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00am-3pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday Evenings.

Codes Enforcement Officer

Ed Lagree is the Codes Enforcement Officer. His office hours are Tuesday and Friday Mornings. Actual hours spent in the office vary due to the number of on-site inspections. Building permits are available and on the Town of Franklin outside porch. For appointments call 891-5976

Town of Franklin Court is held Thursdays at 7 p.m.. To contact the judge call 891-2189 at extension 12.

Assessor Doug Tichenor is at the Franklin Town Hall the 1st Fri. of each month from 9am-noon. He can be reached weekdays at 891-0436.
