CURRENT USES OF THE TOWN HALL
Councilman Smalley inquired as to what the needs are regarding uses for a community building that are currently being held in the Town Hall. The Town Clerk stated the Town Hall is in use every Monday night by Cub Scouts, the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month for 55+ Club meetings, Wednesday nights by the Code Officer and Board Meetings and every Thursday for Franklin Town Court. The Town Hall is also used at least one weekend a month by residents for private functions. Supervisor Willman added that a Community Building would greatly benefit the Town's Summer Youth Program and would allow us to offer additional youth and senior programs.
RFP FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
The following RFP's were discussed:
| Andrew Charry, Architect, p.l.l.c.-Lake Placid | Abbreviated: $1,750 | Full: $13,800 |

CLA Site, Saratoga Springs | Abbreviated: $3,000 | Full: $12,000 |
Supervisor Willman, Councilman Bartiss and Aaron Caiazza reported they met with Andrew Charry to view projects he has done in the $250,000-$400,000 price range. They were impressed with his work and that he is a local business. Councilman Bartiss felt positive about th fact that Mr. Charry did not appear to advocate for expanding the proposed community to accommodate possible future needs. The committee's concensus was that it was prefereable to work with someone located close by.
